WILKES-BARRE, Pa.- The Immaculata men's lacrosse team earned a comfortable win over King's College on Saturday, defeating the Monarchs 21-2. The Mighty Macs took a sizable lead early, outscoring King's 8-1 in the opening quarter. Immaculata improves to 5-5 with their second consecutive win with two games remaining before Atlantic East Conference play opens against Neumann at home in one week's time. The Mighty Macs are set to play a rescheduled game against Rosemont on Monday and meet Albright on the road on Wednesday.

How it Happened
- Ninety seconds in, Connor Teears scored the game's opening goal off a helper from David Azzarano.Â
- Brian Fuchs won the ensuing faceoff, recovered by Aidan Lawrence, before an unassisted Robbie Wishart goal eighteen seconds later.Â
- Immaculata scored a string of goals each one minute apart: Ryan Gorman fed Joseph Biuso for the first, Nicholas DeFilippo found David Azzarano for the second, and Azzarano found Bailey Manion for the third. The Mighty Macs used these to generate a 5-0 lead midway through the opening period.
- Tears, Manion, and Biuso had the Macs' last three goals in the first quarter, interrupted by a score from King's at 3:27.
