ROSEMONT, Pa.- The Immaculata men's lacrosse team defeated Rosemont 21-2 on the road on Monday afternoon. This was Immaculata's second consecutive 21-2 win having defeated King's College by the same score on Saturday.
Jason Smaron led Immaculata with six points, scoring four goals and adding two assists.
Ben Wesolowski had five points with four goals and one assist. Ten different Mighty Macs scored goals today, and 13 players registered points today.
With their win, Immaculata improves to 6-5 overall, and Rosemont falls to 2-7 overall.

How it Happened
- Joseph Biuso opened the scoring at 13:47 for the first quarter. Bailey Manion followed with a second goal 32 seconds later. Ben Weslowski gave Immaculata a 3-0 lead with a goal at 11:55.
- Jason Smaron scored 11:34 on an assist by Nicholas DeFilippo. Ben Wesolowski scored 10:09, and David Azzarano scored at 8:56 as Immaculata took a 6-0 lead.
- David Azzarano scored his second goal assisted by Connor Teears, and Nicholas DeFilippo scored assisted by Jason Smaron as Immaculata led 9-0 after the first quarter.
- Jude Azzarano, Ben Wesolowski, Joseph Biuso, Ryan Gorman, and Joseph Biuso again, scored goals in the second quarter as Immaculata took a 14-0 into the halftime break.
- In the third quarter, Ben Wesolowski scored, and Matthew Frame scored at 6:02 assisted by Jude Azzarano.
- Rosemont got on board at 5:21 of the third quarter on a goal by Jayden Hogg.
- Ryan Gorman closed out the scoring in the third quarter with a goal at 1:16.
- In the fourth quarter Jason Smaron scored three goals, and Brian Fuchs scored with Seth Panowitz, Nicholas Dimonda, Jude Azzarano, and Matthew Frame getting assists.
