BRYN ATYN, Pa.- The Immaculata men's volleyball team earned their third consecutive victory defeating Bryn Athyn 3-1 (14-25, 25-15, 25-16, 25-12) on Wednesday evening.
Josh McGurl set an IU program record with seven service aces, along with 10 kills, and 10 digs.
Noah Zunski led Immaculata with 11 kills.

Immaculata continues their best start in program history with the win, improving to 4-1 in the season. With the loss Bryn Athyn fell to 3-6 overall.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Set 1: In the first set Immaculata took an early 3-2 lead. Bryn Athyn responded with a five-point run to take a 7-3 lead. Immaculata broke the run on a kill by Nate Bailey. Byrn Athyn would use a pair of four-point runs later in the set to take the first set 25-14.
- Set 2: Joe Martell served consecutive points for Immaculata as they took a quick 2-0 lead in the set. Michael Prall would serve four consecutive points including a kill from Christian Lee and a service ace as Immaculata extended their lead to 9-2. Josh McGurl served four consecutive aces as Immaculata took a 19-10 lead. Immaculata would win the set 25-15.
- Set 3: Bryn Athyn took an early 4-2 lead in the third set. Christian Lee served three straight points as Immaculata went up 13-9. Josh McGurl would extend Immaculata's lead to 20-10 serving five consecutive points including a service ace, a block by Jordan Brown, and a pair of kills from Noah Zunski. Immaculata won the third set 25-16.
- Set 4: Josh McGurl served consecutive aces early in the fourth set as Immaculata opened 4-1 lead early. Joe Martell served four straight points that including a kill from Jordan Brown and a pair of kills from Josh McGurl to extend the Immaculata lead to 16-7. Immaculata would go on to close out the winning taking set four 25-12 on a kill by Nate Bailey and took the match 3-1.
