DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – Even with a two-week holiday hiatus, Immaculata men's basketball could not overcome the Delaware Valley University Aggies on Tuesday. The final score was 82-57.
The Mighty Macs are 1-9 for the season. Their first AEC game will be on Wednesday, Jan. 7 versus Neumann.
HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST DELAWARE VALLEY
- Immaculata kept things close with Delaware Valley early on before the Aggies took the lead on a triple. Idan Zuker would answer back with his own three-pointer about 90 seconds later. Despite the Mighty Macs only trailing by two, a 17-1 run put the home team up 18 points. Christian Chambers and Jeremiah Alexander helped trim the deficit before the half ended with a 38-20 Aggies advantage.
- Mandon Seapoe started off the second-half scoring for Immaculata. Dylan Crews converted a couple of buckets to try and cut into the Delaware Valley lead. Even with good efforts throughout the second set of 20 minutes, the home team's lead was too much for a comeback attempt. The Aggies won 82-57.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS

- Duce Jackson collected a team-best eight rebounds.
