IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata women's basketball dominated the Widener University Pride on Wednesday for a 75-52 win. The Pride are receiving votes in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll.
"Tonight was once again a great team win," head coach
Brittany Whalen said. "I was really pleased with our rebounding efforts overall, an area we struggled with to start off this season. Our players continue to execute the adjustments our staff makes throughout the game and are really beginning to gel together as a unit. They play hard and compete every possession for a full 40 [minutes]."
The Mighty Macs are 5-2 for the season. Their first AEC game will be on Wednesday, Jan. 7 versus Neumann.
