Mighty Macs Dominate Season Opener, Top Sarah Lawrence 109-83

CHESTERTOWN, Md.- The Immaculata men's basketball team (1-0) kicked off the 2025-26 season with a decisive 109-83 victory over Sarah Lawrence College at the Wild Goose Classic, hosted by Washington College. Christian Chambers led all scorers with 27 points in his debut for the Mighty Macs. Mandon Seapoe and Jalen Flowers each added 13 points to help fuel Immaculata's strong start to the season.

Congratulations to Immaculata Head Coach Kyle Stramara for earning his first win as Immaculata's Head Coach in his debut.

COACH STRAMARA'S COMMENTS

"I couldn't be more proud of our team tonight," said Coach Stramara. "We dictated the pace from tip-off and played unselfishly. Having six players in double figures shows the depth this roster has. Our bench stepped up in a huge way by pouring in 45 points as well. We'll have a quick turnaround as we get ready for a very good Washington College team tomorrow."
