MADISON,Nj.- The Immaculata men's lacrosse team got back in the win column this afternoon taking down Fairleigh Dickinson Florham. by a score of 11-10.

The Immaculata offense would start out hot, scoring the first three goals of the contest.
Connor Teears picked up the first one with an assist from
Bailey Manion. Manion would add the second with a goal of his own.
Nicholas DeFilippo would make it 3-0 with a goal in the 10-minute mark in the first period. FDU would respond with their own three straight goals to knot things up at 3-3.

Heading into the break, Immaculata trailed 7-5. After three quarters of play, the Devils led 9-6. The Mighty Macs would use a huge fourth quarter offensively to take the lead with four minutes remaining on a
Connor Teears goal. Teears would add an insurance goal with two minutes remaining. FDU would add a goal shortly after to bring it back to a one possession game.
Matthew Ludlow made the biggest save out of his 20 on the day with 14 seconds remaining on a potential game tying shot to secure the Mighty Macs victory.

Teears led the way with three goals and one assist.
David Azzarano added two goals and three assists, while Joe Biuso and Manion each had a pair of goals to go along with an assist. DeFilippo added a goal while
Ben Wesolowski had both a goal and an assist.

As a team, Immaculata caused eight turnovers and collected 27 ground balls on the day.
The Immaculata men's lacrosse team is back in action on Saturday, March 16
th with a 3:00 PM matchup versus Penn College of Technology at Draper Walsh Stadium.
