ARLINGTON,Va.- The Immaculata men's basketball team saw their season come to a close this evening in the Atlantic East Conference Semifinals with a 73-51 defeat to Marymount.

The Mighty Macs made the long trip to Virginia for the 3rd consecutive season in the Atlantic East Conference semifinals. With 8:21 remaining in the first half, a Tyler Tillery layup brought the Macs within four cutting the Saints lead to 16-12. The tide would quickly turn as Marymount ended the half on a 22-4 run, sending them into the break with a 38-16 advantage.

This run would be the difference in the game as the Macs went down swinging, matching the Saints point total with each team scoring 35 points in the second twenty minutes of play.

Immaculata was led for the second game in a row by veterans Tyler Tillery and Keith Farmer, who both had 13 points, a team high. Tim Schultice would have eight points off the bench for Immaculata.

Six other Mighty Macs would find the bottom of the net, with John Proctor (6), John Flood (4), Kevin Telesford (3), Dylan Crews (2), Dinero Washington (1) and Robbie Logan (1) all scoring for Immaculata.

Idan Zuker would lead Immaculata with three assists, while Schultice had two. John Proctor led the way with five rebounds and Farmer added a team high two blocked shots.

The Immaculata men's basketball team ends their season with a 14-13 record overall, the most wins in a season under head coach Jayson Hyman.
