2023-24: Proctor saw action in 23 games starting in 22 of them. In 496 minutes of game action, Proctor scored 215 points with an
average of 9.3 PPG. While also averaging 4.3 rebounds per game as well as 1.2 assists per game. Proctor's best performance of the
season came in a 1/30 win at Marywwood where he tied his then career best of 19 points. He had a season high 10 rebounds vs
Penn State Brandywine on 11/11.

2022-23:   Proctor saw action in 19 games starting in 17 of them. In 477 minutes of game action, Proctor scored 180 total points with an average of 9.5 PPG. While also averaging 4.9 rebounds per game as well as 2.2 assists per game. Proctor’s best performance of the season came in a 1/30 win over Marywood where he shot 80% from the field in route to a 19 point – 8 rebound – 6 assist performance. Had a season high 11 rebounds in a 1/11 victory over Cabrini.

2021-22: (Kutztown) Proctor sa action in 13 games. In 77 minutes of game action, Proctor scored 25 points with an average of  1.9 PPG.  He also averaged 1.4 rebounds per game, and had three steals... He had a season-best 15 points vs Penn State Berks on 11/20/2021.
