RADNOR, Pa.- The Immaculata men's basketball team dropped their Atlantic East Conference matchup 75-66 on the road to Cabrini University.
In a first half of play that saw the Mighty Macs dominating the boards, they headed into the locker room trailing 39-34 in large part due to the Cavaliers shooting 54.5% from three-point range in the first 20 minutes of action.
Tim Schultice led the way for Immaculata with 12 first-half points off the bench while
Tyler Tillery had seven of his own.
Keith Farmer brought in six rebounds in the frame while
John Flood had five. Tillery also went into the break with a game-high three blocks.
The second half was a battle of runs, with the game tied on six occasions and 5 lead changes in the final 20 minutes of play.
Tim Schultice led the way with 21 points for the Mighty Macs, while
Tyler Tillery finished the contest with 13 and
John Proctor chipped in with nine.
John Flood led the Macs with 10 rebounds while
Keith Farmer finished with eight.
Immaculata falls to 5-5 in Atlantic East Conference play, where they return to action on Wednesday, February 15th when they host the Marywood Pacers at 8:00. This contest will recognize our senior Mighty Macs while also being the annual Play4Kay event.
