ARLINGTON,Va.- The Immaculata women's soccer team dropped their Atlantic East Conference opener on the road at Marymount by a score of 1-0.
In a very back and forth contest in the first half, neither team would be able to capitalize on any opportunities with the score deadlocked at 0-0 heading into the break. The Saints would start the second half out quickly, finding the back of the net in the 46
th minute of play to take a 1-0 lead. The one goal lead would be enough to hold off the Mighty Macs comeback attempt.
Five different Mighty Macs would tally shots on goal, with seniors
Hannah Phillips, Nicole WInouski and
Jessica Gindle, junior
Rachel McNamee and freshman
Mia Perrone all firing shots on goal in the contest. Junior
Gina Marinelli made four saves in goal to keep Immaculata in striking distance.

th at 2:00 PM for senior day.
