IMMACULATA,Pa.- The Immaculata women's basketball team dropped an Atlantic East Conference match up with Gwynedd Mercy in overtime by a score of 84-83.
The contest saw 14 lead changes and the score tied 11 times, including at the end of regulation.
The Mighty Macs went into halftime trailing by one, out of the break they used a big 3
rd quarter to climb out to a 6-point lead heading into the final quarter of action.
Reese Mullins led all scorers with a new career high 30 points. Mullins shot 47% from the floor and 71% from three-point range in the contest.
Abigail Lentowski also had 18 points off the bench for Immaculata.
Morgan Falcone added 11 of her own.
Mullins, Lentowski, and
Erin Kelly all grabbed 8 rebounds apiece in the game.
Kaitlyn Racobaldo brought in seven and
Meghan Ricker also had six. Lentowski also had four blocks in the match up.
The Immaculata women's basketball team is back in action on Monday, January 30
th when they travel to Marywood University for a 6:00 start in another Atlantic East Conference match up.
