IMMACULATA,Pa.- Immaculata men's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw as they hosted Rosemont in a non conference match up.

In a very hard fought match up, the Mighty Macs got the scoring started early, in the 15
th minute of play, sophomore
Michael Balestriere got the scoring started early on an unassisted goal in the box after a phenomenal move. Less than two minutes later, sophomore
Phillip Lyons tallied his first goal of the match on outstanding ball movement with assists by both
Justin Hahn and
John Bohrer on the play.
Rosemont did not back down as they answered back with three quick goals of their own in the 18
th,19
th and 21
st minutes of play. Going into the half with a 3-2 advantage in favor of the Ravens.
The scoring would quickly die down in the back and forth contest, until
Phillip Lyons provided the equalizer, Â his second goal of the match in the 52nd minute of action. Both teams had plenty of chances to come out on top all the way down to the wire but both goalies provided outstanding performances in the final 38 minutes of play.

For the Mighty Macs on the offensive end, they totaled 13 shots in the contest, placing 10 of them on net. Balestriere, Lyons, Â

Josh Fonder and
Dylan Walter all gave themselves opportunities to take the lead.

th at 7:00 as they welcome Misericordia University to Draper Walsh Stadium.
