MEDIA, Pa. – The Immaculata women's cross country team earned a second place finish overall on Saturday as they competed in the Dan Talbot Open hosted by Bryn Mawr College. The Mighty Macs collectively earned 56 points on the 6K race.
Freshman
Emma McNamee earned a fourth place finish with an overall time of 27:30.7. Sophomore
Nicole Wheeler was the next to finish for the Mighty Macs with a time of 29:14.9, placing 11
th overall.
Abigail Sprock and
Maura Leardi were the next two to finish for the Mighty Macs, placing 19
th and 22
nd overall with respective times of 31:04.3 and 32:27.7
Lily Swarr,
Peyton Hays, and
Emily McGonigle earned 27
th, 28
th, and 29
th place respectively. They earned respective times of 33:19.7, 33:26.6, and 34:18.3.
Olivia Morris rounded out the day for the Mighty Macs, placing 39
th overall with a time of 40:15.2.
The Mighty Macs will return to action next Saturday as they race against Goucher College.
