IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata University men's soccer team was back in action on Wednesday evening vs Muhlenberg on the heels of a hard fought draw with Misericordia on Sunday afternoon. Muhlenberg claimed the early lead and never relinquished this lead en route to a 2-0 victory over Immaculata on Wednesday evening.
How it Happened:
- In the 12th minute, Muhlenberg broke through courtesy of a nice pass from the top of the box to claim the early lead. The Mules grew their lead in the 54th minute off of a free kick to claim a commanding 2-0 lead that they would never relinquish.
- Mikey Kalpokas was back in action for the Macs this evening making three saves in the setback while his counterpart made four nice saves of his own to limit the Mighty Mac offense.
Inside the Box Score:
- Muhlenberg ended the contest with a commanding 12-4 advantage in shots although the Mules held only a slight 5-4 advantage in shots on goal at the conclusion of the contest.
- Muhlenberg also ended the game with a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.
- Chad Catalana led the way for the Macs in shots as he recorded a team-high two shots both of which found their way on goal in the setback.

The Macs will be back in action on Saturday evening on the road at another rival in the Albright College Lions with that game set to begin at 7:30 p.m.
