UNION, N.J.-After two exciting wins to begin the week, the Immaculata University field hockey squad took to the road on Saturday afternoon for a non-conference showdown against the 20^th ranked team in the nation in Kean. After being limited through the first half, Kean exploded in the second half en route to a 7-0 victory over the Mighty Macs.

How it Happened:

• In the first half, Kean scored a trio of goals with two of those markers coming during the second period of play to carry a commanding 3-0 lead into the halftime break.
• In the third quarter, Kean was again limited offensively as the hosts added just one more goal to increase the lead to 4-0 heading to the fourth before scoring another three goals in the fourth period of play to claim the 7-0 victory.
• Randie Kuhar worked hard in goal making 18 big saves between the pipes for the Macs in the setback.

Inside the Box Score:

• Kean ended the game with a large advantage in both shots and shots on goal while also ending the contest with an impressive advantage in penalty corners en route to the victory over visiting Immaculata.

Immaculata will be back in action at home on Wednesday evening when Lebanon Valley visits Draper Walsh Stadium with that contest set to begin at 6 p.m.
