READING, Pa.- The Immaculata University women's soccer team was back on the road on Monday evening at Albright in the first game of a six-game road trip for the Mighty Macs. Albright opened the scoring midway through the first half and never relinquished the early lead en route to a 2-0 victory over the Mighty Macs on Monday evening.
How it Happened:
- In the 20th minute, Albright opened the scoring to claim an early 1-0 lead over Immaculata.
- In the second half, Albright added another goal, which increased its lead to 2-0 late in the contest.
- Brooke Shissler worked hard between the pipes for Immaculata making seven big saves in the setback.
Inside the Box Score:
- Albright ended the game with a 18-8 advantage in shots including a 10-5 edge in shots on goal.
- Albright also ended the contest with a gaping 9-1 edge in corner kicks.
