TOWSON, Md.- The Immaculata University women's soccer team was back in action on Monday afternoon on the road at Goucher in a final non-league tuneup before beginning Atlantic East play on Wednesday evening at Marymount. Immaculata ended its non-conference slate on a high note with a solid 1-0 victory over Goucher on Monday afternoon.

 How it Happened:

• In the first half, each team had its chances but a strong defensive effort from both teams was enough to keep the game scoreless at 0-0 heading to the halftime break.
• In the 75^th minute, Kayla Cadden broke the scoreless tie when she finished off an assist from Marleigh Davis to lift Immaculata to the 1-0 victory over Goucher on Monday afternoon.
• Brooke Shissler played well in goal making nine big saves to slow down the Goucher offense in the shutout victory.

Inside the Box Score:

• As a team, Goucher outshot the Macs 14-2 including 9-1 in terms of shots on goal but one shot on goal was all the Macs needed to earn the victory.
• Goucher also ended the contest with a 7-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Immaculata will be back in action on Wednesday evening at Marymount with that contest set to begin at 7 p.m.
