OWINGS MILLS, Md.-The Immaculata University women's soccer team was back in action on Wednesday evening on the road at Stevenson. The Macs battled throughout but ultimately it was the Mustangs who emerged victorious winning by a final score of 4-0.

How it Happened:

• In the first half, Stevenson scored a pair of goals in the first 25 minutes of play, which gave the host Mustangs an early 2-0 lead heading to the halftime break.
• In the second half, Stevenson added two more goals to earn the 4-0 shutout victory over the Mighty Macs on Wednesday evening.

Inside the Box Score:

• Stevenson ended the contest with a 32-5 edge in shots with a 21-4 advantage in shots on goal.
• Stevenson also ended the game with a narrow 2-0 edge in corner kicks.
• Brooke Shissler worked hard in goal for the Macs making 17 big saves but it was not enough in the setback.

Immaculata will be back in action on Monday evening when the Macs return to the state of Maryland to face Goucher with that contest set to begin at 4 p.m.
