WILKES-BARRE, Pa.- The Immaculata field hockey team (1-6) travelled to King's College on Saturday evening looking to snap their losing skid, but they were unable to do so in a tight game to the Monarchs (3-3) as they fell, 2-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The first half was played very evenly with both teams racking up five shots and five corners each, but the Monarchs were able to punch one in the 26
th minute to take the 1-0 lead
-They added to their lead in the second half in the 44
th minute to grow the lead to 2-0 as the Mighty Mac attack was slowed down
-For the game, the Macs had seven shots to 12 for King's and the Monarchs had nine corners with seven for the Mighty Macs
-Sophomore
Randie Kuhar made seven saves in the cage and sophomore
Willa Thompson led the squad with two shots on goal
