SCRANTON, Pa.- For the second time in their program's history, the sixth-seeded Immaculata women's soccer team will play for a conference championship as they head to fourth-seeded Marywood on Saturday afternoon for the first ever Atlantic East Conference Women's Soccer Championship. Saturday's game represents a rematch from October 6
th when Marywood defeated IU, 1-0, at Marywood. The Pacers scored in the 62
nd minute and the Macs were unable to catch up.

-The Mighty Macs finished in sixth place in the Atlantic East with a 1-3-2 record and now hold an overall record of 6-10-2. The Pacers finished fourth in the Atlantic Eat with a 3-3 mark and hold an overall record of 8-11
-The Mighty Macs have had two thrilling victories to reach the Atlantic East Championship. On Monday, the Macs upset No. 3 Neumann, 3-2, on a double overtime game-winner off the foot of sophomore
Riley Rudd. On Wednesday at No. 1 Cabrini, junior
Carly Quigley scored two goals in the opening eight minutes of the game and the Macs never looked back in a 3-0 victory
-Marywood's path to the Atlantic East Championship game came by way of a 4-2 victory over No. 5 Marymount in the quarterfinals, and a 1-0 upset victory at No. 2 Wesley on Wednesday night in the semifinals with a late second half goal
-The Pacers 3-3 conference record featured three straight wins to start the schedule followed by three consecutive losses. They defeated Gwynedd Mercy (1-0), Immaculata (1-0), and Cabrini (2-1) before falling to Wesley (3-1), Marymount (2-0), and Neumann (5-0).
-The Mighty Macs are fifth in the Atlantic East in scoring at 1.56 goals per game and the Pacers are sixth with 1.42. The Pacers have allowed the most goals per game in the conference at 2.79 and the Macs sit at fourth at 1.78.
-With her goal on Wednesday, Rudd moved to a tie for third in the Atlantic East with ten.
Carly Quigley surged into second on the team with five this season after two on Wednesday and
Carrie Quigley sits in third with four this year.
-For Marywood, Julie Youngman has nine goals, good for fourth in the Atlantic East, including the game-winner in the game between the Pacers and Mighty Macs in early October. Madison Daches is second on the team with four and scored the game-winner in the Atlantic East Semifinals.
-Freshman
Brooke Shissler earned her second shutout of the season on Wednesday and has posted back-to-back nine save performances in the postseason. She now owns a save percentage of .843, tops in the Atlantic East. Aly Moyer has done most of the goalkeeping for the Pacers and has a save percentage of .696 and goals against average of 2.51
-The Mighty Macs last played in the conference championship in 2010 when they played to a 1-1 draw against Centenary, but fell in penalty kicks, 4-3
