IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Mighty Macs (1-2-2, 1-0-0 CSAC) opened Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play on Saturday morning hosting Clarks Summit (0-5-0, 0-1-0 CSAC), and the Macs received a record-setting performance from freshman
Carley Peacher with four goals to pace the Macs in a 7-0 victory, their first of the season.

The four goals ties the program-record set by Erin Lewis on October 8
th, 2011 against Keystone.

Riley Rudd, and sophomore

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Mighty Macs fired out of the gates behind Peacher as she scored twice in the opening seven minutes of the game. She took a pass from Rudd on a cross to put the Macs in front 1-0 in the fifth minute, and in the seventh minute, Peacher took a pass from freshman
Miranda Rojas to put the Macs in front 2-0 and give Rojas her first career assist
-Peacher made it a hat trick as she continued her career day on the second assist from Rudd on a cross that Peacher chested into the back of the net in the 14
th minute
-Just under four minutes later, Rudd made it a four-point day with her second goal of the season on the first career assist from junior
Emily Gardyasz for a 4-0 IU lead
-Bizal got the first goal of her career on a cross from freshman
Julia Schumacher for her first career assist in the 41
st minute to make it 5-0 at the half
-Peacher tied the program record with her fourth goal of the day on the first career assist from sophomore
Eleana Kriebel on a perfect one-timer in the 54
th minute to increase the lead to 6-0

Carly Quigley scored her first goal of the season off a loose ball in the corner in the 79
th minute to get to the final of 7-0

Zena Tracey: "This was a great way for our team to start the conference season. We have been playing well for the first three weeks of the season, but haven't been able to get a result, so our girls kept working hard and deserved this win to start CSAC play. It was a total team effort today."
