IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University's men's soccer program honored its lone senior
Ben Gialloreto on Saturday afternoon on Senior Day with a 4-1 win against Clarks Summit University in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) contest.

Three goals before halftime gave the Mighty Macs (5-10-1, 3-5-0 CSAC) all the offense they would need for the win. The Defenders fall to 6-11-1, 1-6-1 in the league.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Ricky Molz had his initial shot come off the goalkeeper's chest and he dove forward and headed the ball into the net in just 3:13 into the contest for a 1-0 IU lead.

Nick Boule took the corner for the Mighty Macs in the 30th minute, and his ball deflected off
Alex Noel into the right side of the goal for a 2-0 lead.
- Noel then booted the ball in the goal just 13 seconds after his first goal to put Immaculata ahead, 3-0.
- Clarks Summit scored on a penalty kick in the 49t minute by Ian Self.
- Immaculata added a goal in the 50th minute as
Mark Staudenmayer buried Boule's pass into the net.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Noel had two goals, and Boule had two assists.
- Noel and
Chad Catalana each took three shots to lead Immaculata.
- Immaculata had the advantage in both shots (14-6) and corners (6-0).
- Goalkeeper
Mikey Kalpokas started and played just over 83 minutes for the win making one stop.
