IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata women's soccer team (6-6-2, 6-3-0 CSAC) clinched their second consecutive Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoff bertha on Tuesday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium with a 1-0 shutout victory over Rosemont.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The game was scoreless at the half, but the Macs possessed for most of the period. Freshman
Riley Rudd had the best chance with six minutes left, but her shot went sailing high and the game went to the half tied 0-0
-The Macs outshot the Ravens, 9-0 in the opening half
-In the second half, the Macs continued to apply the pressure and finally broke through in the 56
th minute as freshman
Taylor Bracy slipped a pass through the defense on the right side and Peacher struck the ball just inside the box and found the back of the net for the 1-0 lead
-Rosemont developed some opportunities, but Tracey was there for the stops and IU won 1-0

Zena Tracey: "Going into conference games, we know every CSAC game is going to be a battle no matter who the opponent is, so I was happy that we didn't give in and came away with the win. Our goal at the beginning of the season was to make it back to the playoffs, so I'm proud of the team for accomplishing our first goal."
