Box Score BALTIMORE, Md.- After winning their first game of the 2015 season on Tuesday at Cedar Crest, the Immaculata field hockey team made it two in a row to finish off the year with a 5-1 victory over Notre Dame (2-11, 0-7 CSAC) on Thursday afternoon. The Mighty Macs finished the season with a 2-16 record overall and 2-5 in CSAC play.
IU had a balanced scoring effort to win the game, led by two off the stick of sophomore
Brooke Robinson to give her four on the year. Sophomore
Megan Donegan, sophomore
Nicole Dominick, and senior
Meredith Katona each scored a goal. Dominick got her fifth of the season and added an assist, Donegan finished the year with a team-high six, and the tally this afternoon for Katona was the first of her career.

Sarah Pasternak got her second straight win in the cage with six saves.
The Mighty Macs outshot the Gators 24-8 and had 14 corners to just three for Notre Dame, all of which came in the second half.
The Mighty Macs actually trailed out of the gates as Notre Dame scored in the fifth minute to put IU in a 1-0 hole.
However, the Mighty Macs bounced back very quickly with two goals less than a minute apart to take the lead. Katona got the first of her career in the 10
th minute, and seconds later, Robinson netted her first of the game for the eventual game-winner and a 2-1 lead. The Mighty Macs would hold that 2-1 lead into the second half.
Immaculata would put the game away with three goals in a 4:35 span. Donegan in the 43
rd minute, Dominick in the 46
th, and Robinson again in the 47
th accounted for the scoring for the rest of the contest.
