Box Score IMMACULATA, Pa.- Immaculata looked to snap a three-game slide to open the 2014 season when they hosted Delaware Valley (2-2) on Thursday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium, but the Mighty Macs (0-4) were unable to overcome a first half deficit and fell 6-0 to the Aggies.

Elizabeth McBride started in goal again for the Mighty Macs for the third straight game and made seven saves.

The game was played tight early as sophomore
Carly Mirarchi had a great chance to put the Mighty Macs on the board, but the Aggie keeper made a stop on the nearside post to keep it scoreless.

Delaware Valley broke through in the first half with two goals from Mary Taylor as they led 2-0 at the break.

The Aggies would add a goal in the 59
th minute, two more in the 80
th minute, and their final tally in the 88
th minute to get to the final of 6-0.
