Box Score IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata women's soccer team hosted Cabrini on Saturday afternoon at Draper Walsh Stadium, and the visiting Cavaliers (5-6, 4-0 CSAC) scored a goal in each half en route to a 2-0 victory over the Mighty Macs (1-9, 1-3 CSAC).

Cabrini got the scoring started in the 17
th minute on a goal from their leading scorer, Devon Miller, to take a 1-0 lead. The Mighty Macs would generate most of their offensive attack in the rest of the first half as they registered three shots, two by sophomore
Erica Buckley and one by sophomore
Shelby Clare, but were unable to break through.

Meghan McCurnin played the first half and made five saves.

In the second half, a 56
th minute goal by the Cavaliers gave them a two-goal advantage that Immaculata was unable to cut into. Junior goalie
Elizabeth McBride played the second half and made one save.

The Mighty Macs will have to move past this defeat quickly as they travel to Keystone for another pivotal CSAC match on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
