Paulina Rucci accounted for all of the Immaculata offense as she had the first multi-goal game of her career, and the Mighty Macs (2-10-1, 2-4-1 CSAC) needed both to claim a 2-1 road victory over Notre Dame (2-10, 0-7), their second CSAC win of the season.

Carly Mirarchi provided one assist each for the Mighty Mac goals.
The teams played to a scoreless tie in the first half with junior
Elizabeth McBride making three saves, but the Mighty Macs would break out in the second half.
Rucci scored her first in the 48th minute to put the Mighty Macs up 1-0 on an assist from Mirarchi, and in the 60th minute, it was Rucci again as she netted the eventual game-winner on the helper again from Fanrak to put IU up 2-0.
Notre Dame would get one back in the 76th minute past second half goalie
Meghan McCurnin, but IU would hold on for the victory.
The Mighty Macs will look to make it two in a row next Tuesday, October 21st at 4 p.m. at Marywood.
