Field Hockey Drops Contest At Delaware Valley

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – Immaculata University was defeated in a non-conference field hockey contest Tuesday afternoon at Delaware Valley, 5-0.
 
The host Aggies (6-7) scored three times during the first half, and added two more goals in the second half. Kelsey Zook and Lydia Spakosky each tallied one goal and two assists to lead Delaware Valley.
 
Immaculata (1-10) goalkeeper Patsy Murphy recorded a season-high 14 saves in the loss. Delaware Valley keeper Emily Aldridge made three stops to lead her team to the win.
 
Delaware Valley led 28-4 in shots and 17-4 in penalty corners.
 
Immaculata plays under the lights at Draper Walsh Stadium on Thursday night at 7 p.m. hosting Wesley.
