WILKES BARRE, Pa.-Immaculata field hockey travelled to DeSales on Friday afternoon in their season finale and came away with a 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs.  The Mighty Macs closed out their season with a 1-16 record.

The Bulldogs started fast and never looked back with three first half goals.  DeSales put consistent pressure on Patsy Murphy, who had six first half saves, but the Bulldogs were able to break through three times for a 3-0 halftime advantage that they would hold onto to clinch the victory.

Ashley O'Donnell and Mary Beth Plastek had one shot a piece and the Mighty Macs had five corners.

Patsy Murphy finished with 11 saves on the day.
