CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.- Ashley O'Donnell posted two goals to lead visiting Immaculata University to a 3-0 blanking of host Wilson College in a non-league field hockey match on Thursday.
Kristen Yoder started the scoring with an unassisted tally just 2:36 into the game. Ashley O'Donnell doubled the lead with her first goal of the contest and seventh goal of the season at the 27:08 minute mark.
The Mighty Macs ended the scoring in the 59th minute as O'Donnell converted on a corner from
Kristen Yoder and
Mary Beth Plastek.
Goalkeeper
Natalie Slezak made a total of 10 saves to preserve the shutout. Wilson goalkeeper Brandy Holtzapple played a full 70 minutes totaling 11 saves in the loss.
Immaculata (8-8, 4-2 CSAC) continues on the road at Wesley College on Wednesday, Oct. 26 for a 7 p.m. contest against the Wolverines.
