IMMACULATA, Pa. – Michelle Meyer headed in a corner kick from Erin Lewis 1:07 into the second overtime frame to lift Immaculata to a Colonial States Athletic Conference women's soccer victory opposite Neumann, 1-0, on Tuesday night.

Immaculata now sits at 3-4-1 overall and 2-0 in the CSAC. Neumann slips to 1-4-1, 0-1 CSAC.

After playing to a stalemate during the first 100 minutes of the match, the Mighty Macs wasted little time in the second overtime to seal the win on Meyer's header.

Immaculata goalkeeper Jessica Gaburo recorded her fourth shutout this season as she made nine saves. Neumann keeper Brittany Russ stopped four shots in her first appearance of the season.

Neumann led in both shots (14-8) and corners (3-1) but that one corner was all Immaculata needed.

Immaculata continues the homestand on Saturday, Sept. 25, hosting Centenary at 1 p.m.
