Immaculata University women's soccer team fell to Alvernia College 6-1 in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Saturday, October 6, in Reading, PA.
Freshman Alysia Remaley scored the only goal for the Mighty Macs off an assist from fellow freshman Colleen Jennings. The Crusaders' Brandi Light recorded a hat trick and added an assist in the win.
Freshman goalkeeper Jessica Gaburo collected 11 saves, while Laura-Beth Diggs recorded three saves.
Alvernia outshot Immaculata 24-6 and held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.
The Mighty Macs (7-6, 3-5 PAC) return to action on Tuesday, October 9, when they host Valley Forge Christian College. Kick-off is set for 4 pm.
