Immaculata University women's field hockey team dropped a 6-0 decision to Alvernia College in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Wednesday, October 10, in Draper Walsh Stadium.
Janelle Lynch recorded a hat trick, including two goals back-to-back in the second half. Lauren Yoder tallied the game-winner at 7:18, while Leslie Michael and Christy Miller also added goals for the Crusaders.
Junior goalkeeper Bridget Dougherty collected 14 saves in the loss.
Immaculata (3-11, 3-5 PAC) returns to action on Saturday, October 13, when they host Cabrini College. Face-off is set for 12 pm.
