Men's basketball's John Boyd was chosen as the Mighty Mac of the Week on Monday, February 8 after earning Colonial States Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors on the same day.

Boyd led Immaculata to a 2-0 mark in the league last week, including a 66-60 win against Gwynedd-Mercy to edge the Mighty Macs into second place in the league standings. He averaged 16.0 points and 5.0 rebounds last week while going 12 of 27 (.444) from the field including 5-for-12 (.417) from behind the arc. He tied for team-high honors with 18 points, including three three-pointers, and grabbed six rebounds against the Griffins. He also tallied 14 points against Philadelphia Biblical.
