Paul Richter is in his first season as an assistant coach in 2026. He works with Immaculata's goalkeepers.
Richter has experience coaching at all levels of youth and collegiate soccer in the United States. Currently, he also works as a staff coach at Penn Fusion Soccer Academy.
Prior to joining the Mighty Macs, he coached at Empire Soccer Academy in Glen Head, N.Y., the New York Red Bulls Regional Development Schools, and the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Along with his coaching background, Richter is a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where he serves as a Field Artillery Officer and certified military instructor.
He holds his United Soccer Coaches National and Advanced National diplomas, as well as his Goalkeeping level 1 and 2 certifications.
Richter earned his bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Drew University in 2011. While at Drew, he was a member of the men's soccer team.
Richter resides in West Chester, Pa. with his wife, Julie.
