Jamie Scott

Scott was chosen as the sixth head coach in the history of Immaculata Men’s Soccer in 2018 and completed his first season.

The Mighty Macs went 9-10-1 overall in 2018 with a 3-3 mark in the Atlantic East and was named the Atlantic East Coach of the Year.  The Mighty Macs hosted an Atlantic East Conference Quarterfinal and won 1-0 in overtime over No. 5 Marymount before bowing out in the Atlantic East Semifinals to eventual champion Neumann.  The Mighty Macs lost all three regular season Atlantic East contests by one goal, including two in overtime.  Scott oversaw the First Team All-Atlantic East seasons of Alex Noel and Chad Catalana, and the Second Team All-Atlantic East campaigns of Mikey Kalpokas and Kevin Hegarty.
 
Scott came to Immaculata after a highly successful run as the First Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at La Salle University since 2012.  While there, he helped the Explorers become a regional powerhouse as they won the Atlantic 10 Regular Season three times, the Atlantic 10 Tournament three times, and made four appearances in the NCAA Tournament.  Scott was responsible for coaching the La Salle attack and in 2017, the Explorers set a program record with 47 goals.  Most recently, he was named the Assistant Coach of the Year at La Salle.
 
Prior to that, he was an assistant at Rosemont College for a season with the women’s program.
 
Currently, Scott also works as the Boys College Placement Adviser at the Penn Fusion Soccer Academy.  In the past two years, Scott has been critical in helping place 58 players into various men’s college soccer programs.  On the field, Scott has led Penn Fusion teams to EPYSA Boys State Cup championships three times and USYS Region 1 Championships twice.  He was named the EPYSA Competitive Boys Coach of the Year in 2017.
  
He currently has his USSF ‘B’ Coaching License and is pursuing his USSF ‘A’ Coaching License.
 
Prior to coming over to the United States, Scott was a coach with English Professional Club AFC Bournemouth.
 
Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University in 2007.
