Fleming arrives at Immaculata by way of serving as an Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Haverford College for the past two years. Prior to Haverford Fleming spent 3 years at Russell Sage College. He will be serving as an offensive coach working closely with both attack and midfield positions.

The Hatboro, Pa. native also currently coaches at the Philadelphia based NXT club lacrosse program.

Fleming is a 2018 graduate of Misericordia University, where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team from 2014-2018. He helped the squad garner four appearances in the conference championships, while they captured the 2017 MAC Freedom title his junior season. A two-year team captain at Misericordia, Fleming was a four-year starter and 200-point scorer during his collegiate career, having also earned all-conference honors. He helped the Cougars go 14-2 as a senior.

Fleming holds a BS in Chemistry from Misericordia and a master’s degree in Organization Management from Russell Sage College.Â
