MEDIA, Pa.- The Immaculata women's tennis team defeated Penn State Brandywine 6-1 in their non-conference match on Tuesday afternoon. Immaculata swept the doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead in the match. The Mighty Macs won five out of six singles matches to earn the 6-1 victory. With their win Immaculata improves to 2-4 overall and are 0-1 in Atlantic East Conference play. Penn State Brandywine falls to 0-6 overall and they are 0-0 in United East Conference play.

• The first doubles team of Pamela Kontaras and Delaney Brown won their match 6-3.
• The second doubles team of Audrey Keen and Elizabeth Madsen won their match 6-2.
• The third doubles team of Hailey Elwell and Sophia Carey won their match via forfeit.
• Immaculata led 1-0 after the double's competition.

 
Singles

• Pamela Kontaras lost the first singles match 2-6, 1-6.
• Delaney Brown won the second singles match 6-1, 6-0.
• Sophia Carey won the third singles match 6-1, 6-2.
• Hailey Elwell won the fourth singles match 6-3, 6-1.
• Audrey Keen won the fifth singles match via forfeit.
• Elizabeth Madsen won the sixth singles match via forfeit.
