IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata men's tennis opened Atlantic East Conference play on Saturday when they host Marywood University at the IU Tennis Courts falling 5-2. With the loss Immaculata is now 0-5 overall and are 0-1 in Atlantic East Conference play. With the win Marywood is now 2-8 overall and are 1-0 in Atlantic East Conference play.  

In doubles action, the first doubles team of Nicholas Fleming and Nicholas Brown lost their match 6-7. The second doubles team of Mike DeMattei and Ryan Muckle lost their match 2-6, and the third doubles team of Lucas Lau and Dylan Fitzgibbon lost their match 2-6. Marywood led 1-0 after the doubles matches. 

In singles action, Nicholas Fleming won the first singles match in straight sets 6-2, 7-5. Nicholos Brown won the second singles match in straight sets 6-2, 6-3. Ryan Muckle lost the third singles match 6-4, 4-6, 4-6. Mike DeMattei lost the fourth singles match 3-6, 1-6. Lucas Lau lost the fifth singles match 2-6, 1-6. Dylan Fitzgibbon lost the sixth singles match 7-6, 3-6, 6-10. 

Marywood won the match 5-2.
