WINCHESTER, Va.- The Immaculata baseball team fell to the host Shenandoah 22-4 in their opening game of the Mr. V Classic. Sal Serici went 3-4 for Immaculata with a double and one RBI for Immaculata. Freshman Ryan Nance had his first collegiate hit a single in the sixth inning, and first college RBI on a ground out in the seventh inning. Alex LePage (0-2) took the loss for Immaculata.
With the loss Immaculata falls to 0-4 overall on the season. With the win Shenandoah improves to 7-2 overall on the season.
