UNION, N.J.- The Immaculata baseball team fell to Kean University 10-5 on Wednesday afternoon at Kean. Catcher
Robert Woodward went 1-3 with a pair of RBIs, and
Steven Theisen drove in a pair of runs for Immaculata.
Kade Breisblatt took the loss in is first start for Immaculata.
With the loss Immaculata falls to 0-3 on the season. With the win Kean improves to 6-0 on the season.

How it Happened
- Immaculata opened a quick 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning. Nick Turnage grounded out to second base scoring Matt Passerini and advancing Sal Serici to third base. Steven Theisen hit a sacrifice fly to right field to score Serici.
- Kean responded at the bottom of the first inning, scoring seven runs.
- Kean added a run in the bottom of the second with a solo home run to left center.
- Immaculata got a run back in the top of the third inning when Steven Theisen scored Matt Passerini on a ground out to shot stop to make the score 7-3.
- Kean added a run in the bottom of the fourth on a ground out.
- In the fifth inning, Robert Woodward singled to right center to score Nick Turnage and Sal Serici to cut the Kean lead to 9-5.
- Kean would close out the scoring with a run in the bottom of the seventh inning as they would go on to take the game 10-5.
