HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.- Mandon Seapoe led all scorers with 24 points as the Immaculata men's basketball team defeated Centenary 81-69 on Saturday for their second consecutive win. Four Mighty Macs scored in double figures as Immaculata kept their AEC Tournament hopes alive with the win.

Immaculata with the win improves to 8-16 overall, and 3-8 in Atlantic East Conference play. With the loss Centenary falls to 10-14 overall, and 4-7 in Atlantic East Conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After Centenary hit an early three-pointer, Tym Richardson got Immaculata started with back-to-back layups to give Immaculata their first lead 4-3 with 18:21 remaining in the half. Dylan Crews hit a three-pointer to put Immaculata up 7-5. Centenary bounced back to take a 10-7 lead before Tym Richardson would score on a layup and compete the three-point play at the foul line to tie the score at 10-10.
- Trailing 19-17, Immaculata would go on a 10-0 run to take a 27-19 lead with 8:04 remaining in the half. Samuel Jankowski completed a three-point play, and Mandon Seapoe scored consecutive layups to extend the lead to 34-21. Domenic Vacchiano hit a three pointer in the final minute of the half as Immaculata went to the locker room leading 39-29 at the half.
- Centenary got off to a fast start in the second half tying the score at 41-41 with 15:13 remaining in regulation. Samuel Jankowski scored on a layup, and Robbie Logan hit a three-pointer to put Immaculata back ahead 46-41. Ryan Straub scored on a layup as Immaculata extended their lead to 50-44 with 12:23 remaining.
- Mandon Seapoe would score on a pair of layups and John Proctor hit a pair of free throws as Immaculata went up 61-52. Seapoe and Samuel Jankowski hit multiple free throws to help keep the Cyclones at bay as the Mighty Macs would go on to close out the win 81-69.
