WHAT TO KNOW

• Immaculata (11-15, 4-2 AEC) earned a hard-fought win on Wednesday at Neumann. With a 2-0 Immaculata lead in the match, the Knights stormed back to force a fifth set. However, the Mighty Macs rallied to take the fifth set and win the match 3-2.
• The Gwynedd Mercy University Griffins (7-16, 2-4 AEC) are looking for a win in the regular season finale. On Thursday, Gwynedd Mercy was on the wrong end of a sweep against Moravian.

• Immaculata is currently 11-15 in the all-time series with Gwynedd Mercy. The Griffins have won the previous six matches.

LAST MEETING

• The last time the Mighty Macs and Griffins met up was on Nov. 2, 2024. Gwynedd Mercy swept Immaculata in Alumnae Hall.
• Mia Esposito's eight kills led the team.
• Christina Lenzo had 13 assists.
• Emma Hodgson had a team-high two aces and three solo blocks.

• Esposito's 274 kills are a team-high this season. She is now second all-time in Immaculata women's volleyball history for most single-season kills behind Jaime Rombach (307).
  • Esposito had a career-high 20 kills on Wednesday at Neumann.
• Angelica Santini Bulerin has logged 613 assists as the Mighty Macs' setter. With a season-high 37 assists at Neumann on Wednesday, she surpassed Olivia Zdradzinski for third in the single-season record book. Eleven assists against Gwynedd Mercy would put her in second, which is currently held by Maranda Jones (623).
  • Santini Bulerin is also the team leader with 43 aces. The threshold for the single-season top 10 is 48.
• Adriana Ventura is up to 367 digs to lead the back row. She is sixth in the single-season records. Sitting at fifth is Molly Truitt (398).
  • After recording a season-high 11 assists at Neumann, Ventura surpassed 100 assists this season.
• Antonia Antolini ranks first on the team with 37 assisted blocks. She is in a three-way tie for fifth in the record book for a single season with Allison Lang and Marissa Casella. One assisted block at Gwynedd Mercy would give her fifth place alone.
  • Along with the 37 assisted blocks, Antolini has 13 solo blocks, which is a team-high. She now has 50 total blocks in her first season.
• With two assisted blocks at Neumann, Esposito is ninth in the single-season record book.

SCOUTING GWYNEDD MERCY

• Kate Etter is the Griffins' primary offensive option with 284 kills. Against Moravian on Thursday, Etter logged 20 kills for the third time this season.
• Ayanna Gaston has a team-high 600 assists.
• Gaston also is one of Gwynedd Mercy's top servers with 44 aces. The Griffins have five players with at least 20.
• Charlotte Pugh tops the box score with 300 digs.
• Forty-seven blocks belong to Emma Hastings.

With a playoff spot secured, the Mighty Macs can not go lower than the fourth seed, which would be the host of a potential 4/5 play-in match. Playoff seedings and matchups are to be determined.
