LANCASTER, Pa.- The Immaculata women's tennis team (1-1) defeated Lancaster Bible College 5-2 in their match at LBC on Tuesday afternoon.

Immaculata earned their first point of the match taking two out of three doubles matches. The team of Pamela Kontaras and Delaney Brown took the first doubles match 6-2. Audrey Keen and Sophia Carey lost the second doubles match 3-6. Hailey Elwell and Elizabeth Madsen earned their first doubles win taking the third doubles match 6-3.

In singles Pamela Kontaras, Delaney Brown, Hailey Elwell, and Elizabeth Madsen each won their matches in straight sets to give Immaculata their first win of the season 5-2. This was Elizabeth Madsen's first collegiate win in her first match.

Doubles Results (Immaculata 1- LBC 0)

• Pamela Kontaras and Delaney Brown won in first doubles 6-2.
• Audrey Keen and Sophia Carey lost in second doubles 3-6.
• Hailey Elwell and Elizabeth Madsen won in third doubles 6-3 (First collegiate doubles win)
• Immaculata led 1-0 after doubles.
• Athena Kritikson and Laura Pharo played a fourth doubles match winning the match 6-0 for their first doubles wins of their collegiate careers.

• Pamela Kontaras won in first singles 6-1, 6-2.
• Delaney Brown won in second singles 6-3, 6-2.
• Sophia Carey lost in third singles 2-6, 6-2, 3-6.
• Audrey Keen lost in fourth singles 1-6, 4-6.
• Hailey Elwell won in fifth singles 6-4, 6-3.
• Elizabeth Madsen won in sixth singles 6-2, 6-3. (First collegiate win)
