SERRIES HISTORY

These two schools are meeting for the ninth time in their series that began in 2011.
Immaculata is 6-2 all-time vs Penn State Abington

LAST MEETING

Immaculata fell to Penn State Abington 3-0 earlier in the season on August 31^st.
Mia Esposito led Immaculata with eight kills, and Dinah Stabinski at 10 digs.

STORY LINE

The Immaculata women's volleyball team (2-3) returns to action tonight when they travel to play at Penn State Abington (6-2) at 7 pm.
Immaculata will look to get back into the win column and avenge their earlier loss to PSU Abington.

MIGHTY MAC NOTES

The Mighty Macs have been led offensively by Mia Esposito with 38 kills, and Alayah Phifer with 21 kills. Mel Mann has 13 kills for the Macs.
Setting duties have been split between Christina Lenzo with 56 assists, and Jenna Bozzo 27 assists.
Immaculata has been led on the serve by Emma Hodgson with six service aces, Christina Lenzo with five aces, and Jenna Bozzo, Lauren Gartman, and Alayah Phifer each with four aces.
Defensively, the Mighty Macs have been led by libero Dinah Stabinski with 44 digs. Jenna Bozzo has 17 digs, Alayah Phifer has 16 digs, and Lauren Gartman has 14 digs.
Mia Esposito has four blocks and Diana Rivera has three blocks on the season.

SCOUTING PENN STATE ABINGTON

Penn State Abington had there six match win streak snapped in their last match, falling to Bryn Mawr College 3-2 on September 14^th.
Zayna Jamaladdin and Ellie Van Otten lead the PSU Abington attack with 69 kills each. Alyssa Flickinger has 57 kills, and Kayla Mason has 51 kills.
Setter McKinley Grimm has 215 assists.
Zayna Jamaladdin and Fabiola Medina each have 26 service aces.
Fabiola Medina leads the PSU Abington defense with 125 digs. McKinley Grimm has 84 digs.

WEEKLY HONORS

Libero Dinah Stabinski was named to the Atlantic East Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the second consecutive week. Stabinski had 12 digs in the Mighty Macs match at Rutgers Camden on September 12^th.

UP NEXT

The Immaculata women's volleyball team will return home on Thursday, September 19^th when they host Widener University at Alumnae Hall at 7:00 pm.
