GALLOWAY,Nj.- The Immaculata baseball team won their fourth straight game with a 15-6 victory over Stockton on the road this afternoon.

The Immaculata offense stayed hot at the plate, with
Hunter Weitzel getting the scoring started in the second inning with his first career collegiate home run, a two-run shot to bring in
Jay Lawrence. Stockton would tie things up in the second inning at 2-2 and take a 3-2 lead in the 3
rd. Weitzel would tie things up for Immaculata with an RBI double in the fourth to bring home
Ryan Struble.
Sal Serici would regain the lead for the Mighty Macs with an RBI single in the frame to plate Weitzel.

Stockton would take the lead in the 6
th with a pair of runs giving them a 5-4 advantage.
Joey Wright would give Immaculata the lead for good with a two RBI single, driving in Serici and
Joey Sacco. Struble would double in both Wright and
Josh Crowding in the inning to make it 8-5 Immaculata. Stockton would cut into the lead in the bottom half of the 7
th with a sacrifice fly making it 8-6.

Immaculata would use a huge eighth inning to put the game to rest, highlighted by
Joey Wright launching a Grand Slam to left field, bringing in Joey Mazzone,
Maddox Stern and Sacco making it a 13-6 ballgame. The Macs would not be done threating though, with
Louis Sharp driving in Crowding and Weitzel adding his fourth RBI of the game with a single of his own to plate Struble making it 15-6.

John Fitzpatrick picked up his first collegiate victory in relief this afternoon while
Alexander Singer and
Jack Norton combined for 2.2 innings of shutout baseball in relief as well.

The Immaculata baseball team is back in action on Thursday,March 28
th when they travel to Centenary for an Atlantic East Conference doubleheader beginning at 12:00 PM.
