READING,Pa.- The Immaculata women's lacrosse team dropped the opening game of the
Brittney Conzentino era on the road at Alvernia by a score of 17-9.

The Mighty Macs were led by senior
Jacki Murray who had six points on the evening, Murray had four goals and two assists. Seniors
Liza Laxton and
Kaitlyn Klitchko each had two goals for the Mighty Macs. Both also caused two turnovers. Â Junior
Ava Hoffman had the other goal for Immaculata.

Laxton led Immaculata with four groundballs, Murray added three, Hoffman and fellow junior
Kelsey Caldarelli each picked up two. Sophomore
Riley Mullen and Klitchko each had one. Sophomore goalkeeper
Abigail Guarneri made 13 saves for the Mighty Macs in net.

The Immaculata women's lacrosse team is back in action on Monday, February 26
th for their home opener under the lights at Draper Walsh Stadium for a 7:00 PM matchup versus Bryn Athyn.
