READING, Pa.- The Immaculata women's tennis team was back in action on Sunday as they dropped their non-conference match to Albright College 5-4.
In doubles action, Annamarie Degnan and Pamela Kontaras lost the first doubles match 8-5. Delaney Brown and Katie Gardner won the second doubles match 8-3, and Audrey Keen and Sydney Mehaffey lost the third doubles match 8-7 (7-2).
In singles action, Annamarie Degnan lost the first singles match 0-6, 0-6. Pamela Kontaras won the second singles match 7-5, 6-2. Delaney Brown won the third singles match 6-1, 6-0. Katie Gardner lost the fourth singles match 5-7, 2-6. Audrey Keen won the fifth singles match 7-5, 4-6, 11-9. Sydney Mehaffey lost the sixth singles match 6-2, 5-7, 5-10.
The Immaculata women's tennis team will be back in action on Monday, April 10th when they will visit Neumann University for an Atlantic East Conference match at 1:00 PM.
