IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata women's soccer team hosted Marywood in their final Atlantic East Conference game of the season on Wednesday afternoon, falling 7-0.
In the first half, Immaculata came out aggressively applying pressure on the Marywood defenders and generated some early chances on offense. Racheal McNamee,
Jessica Gindle, and
Hannah Phillips all generated shots.
Marywood opened the scoring in the 30th minute taking a 1-0 lead.
Senior goalkeeper Sierra Cruz made five first half saves to keep the Mighty Macs in the game, as the teams went to the halftime break with Marywood leading 1-0.
In the second half, Marywood grabbed control of the game in the 46
th minute when the scored twice separated only 10 seconds. The Pacers went on to win the game 7-0.
Rachel McNamee led the Mighty Macs with two shots on
goal.

Maria Granitto,
Jessica Gindle,
Kelsey Caldarelli, and
Mia Perrone all registered shots on goal. Goalkeeper Sierra Cruz made seven saves.
